Ice Cream Maker Machine:

The two sections of the unit take only 9-10 minutes to make Ice-Cream. First section the upper vertical stainless steel tub with a stirrer pasturized the mixture homogeneously. The pasturized mixture is than poured to a horizontal cylinder with the beater. The mixture is than homogeneously whisked and frozen, at this stage you can add the flavours and other ingredients. The pouring of the mixture from an upper tub to a horizontal cylinder takes place without any outside contact makes the product hygienic and healthy in the taste. One can start another batch of pasteurzing while the first one is under whisking and freezing process. Either process are independent and not interrupting each other makes the efficiency of the machine better.

The unique design of the Machine makes it safe and speedy manufacturing of the Ice-Cream. The pre mixed is poured is poured to the stainless steel tub with stirrer. Pre programmed timing device makes the batch very perfect.

The micro processor cotrol system amkes each batch uniform in production.
